Don't understand what is the point of buying a 35k car and spare 1pound per 60miles ;-) Only power counts ;-)
RICA will give 240bhp and 500nm for power upgrade with 10% fuel efficiency which is a saving of almost 2 pence per mile, 60p per gallon or 12p per ltr.

The economy upgrade from RICA will give an 225bhp and 460nm with a 15-20% fuel saving meaning around 3p per mile, 90p-£1.20 per gallon or 18-24p per ltr

As I said earlier, this is the math, you make the call on whether you want to do it or not, though if you are doing the miles it would be worth it - BTW I have no connection to RICA or any of these products.

I don't see the point in throwing money away needlessly or squandering it.

I thought these umprovement figures were exagerated but having checked some other sources they are probably correct. I was thinking of the power and torque increase benefits as the reason for going for this. Lucky enough to have a company fuel card so MPG isn't an issue

I was talking with one guy that has allready remapped his engine with Rica software in Poland. He was amazed with the results. The only thing I'm a bit affraid of is auto gearbox. All of the cases I have analised were with manuals... And the problem is when you decide to do this you can not test it and if not satisfied return the service ;-)
