from a generic map you will get approx 230bhp, if your going to start changing things like turbo, injectors, intercooler and so on you will be better off with a custom map.

As standard these cars when new produced approx 160whp, mine on sunday produced 185whp but its not mapped yet, my turbo control is all over the place and my fueling isnt good, if i were to get it mapped as is i have been told they could get to about 250whp without too much fuss, that would also include a larger intercooler.

Thats what i dont get?

Whats so different between all the models.. Im use to rovers were the only difference is Sump depth wasted spark and dizzy over the models..

So this is all new to me and im baffled...

This is my engine if you can make anything out of it?

not at all totally different, one has twin variable valve timing the other has single variable timing, the compresion ratio is very simular and its the same block
