Have a good day.
No worries Neil, it's always the meet on your door step that you end up missing, eh!? plenty more future meets to catch up on though. I've sent you a PM.

Wise words from a man running around in a Japanese powered Volvo!

The 400 series cars are good cars if kept properly, and very surprisingly super ecomonical the larger the engine. The 1.7 and 2.0 engines are the better. Just make sure that old Renault lump is performing as it should, gearbox/engine mounts are good and the electrics aren't playing funny buggers. 440s and 460s don't fetch very much money so don't pay more than you feel comfortable with!

I have to admit to owning a 440 and loved it, was a very good car and gave me no bother at all, and is living quite happily in Londonderry now, remind me to tell ya's about it at the meet

So, were in the countdown to the meet, anybody going to this from the Northwest, we could convoy down, my route will be Strabane - Claudy - Dungiven(sur) - Castledawson - Toome - A8M - Carrick

Europe - The Final Countdown

Can't wait until Sunday. The missus and I are staying at Craigs on the Saturday night (I'll PM you later in the week, Craig!). We'll be along in the 855 but if I can get some sort of insurance sorted I'll bring the 245 out to play as well!
