To be honest you never gave anyone a chance.

Your original post was at almost 9pm last night and then you came back at 10am to tell us they'd gone. Given you must have left the house at 9am to take them that left 12hrs comprising of a Friday night when a lot of people are out, nighttime when most people are asleep and then pre 9am on a Saturday when lots of people have a lie-in.

Your unreal!! You must have gone and weighed them in before checking if you had replies. You need a slap, why even bother to offer them for sale if you don't check!!!

I messaged saying i'd take them if they were not already taken, and I bet a dozen other people probably messaged you, but you didn't even bother to reply.

Think again next time you are thinking about scrapping some lovley alloys lol

I last paid £250 for these and would expect them to fetch over £500 these days on ebay.

Oh well, not a lot to be done now but I have to ask why!

Shame on all of you!

I know just how rare these wheels are - I have been searching for years for a set and did this as a joke.

HOWEVER - only 1 person sent me a message saying how rare and valuable they are. A few people even had the cheek to try and haggle.

The wheels are sitting safe and sound in my garage and I am just on the lookout for a nice 940 to fit them to.

at no point did i think you were cutting them up straight away , otherwise i would have told you how rare they were , you gave me about 2 hrs in told with sleeping in between .

good joke tho !

i did think it was slightly odd , that you didnt ask what they were .
