So spokoluzik came round and read the codes for me, very friendly guy!

The fault list is, substantial! I should add that a lot of these will be because the climate/dim/power seats don't work

It seems that the ETM's signal is too high, so he said it needs to be sent away to BBA to be repaired then coded to the car.

Here are all of the codes:
  • CEM-1A59 Communication with AUM control module Signal missing
  • CEM-1A5D COmmunication with ETM control module Signal missing
  • CEM-3A05 Fuel pump (FP) Signal too low
  • SRS-00D5 SRS lamp Communication fault
  • UEM-0004 Siren Communication fault
  • CEM-1A23 X-supply relay circuit Signal missing
  • CEM-6A02 Door unlocked, right rear Signal too high
  • DDM-E003 Configuration fault Faulty configuration
  • ECM-6B00 Malfunction indicator lamp (MIL) - Signal missing
  • ECM-902A Communication with throttle unit - Signal too low
  • ECM-903F Throttle position (TP) - Signal missing
  • ECM-959F Accelerator pedal (AP) position sensor - Faulty signal
  • CEM-1A51 Communication with SRS control module Signal missing
  • CEM1A52 Communication with DDM control module Signal missing
  • CEM-1A5B Communication with SWM control module Signal missing
  • CEM-1A5C Communication with UEM control module Signal missing
  • CEM-3A03 Fuel pump (FP) Signal missing
  • DDM-0030 Rear view mirror potentiometer Faulty signal
  • DDM-0032 Rear view mirror potentiometer Faulty Signal
  • PDM-0030 Rear view mirror potentiometer Faulty signal
  • PDM-0032 Rear view mirror potentiometer Faulty signal
  • SRS-0044 Side Impact Protection (SIPS) bag, right front Resistance too high
  • SRS-00D6 Seat belt buckle, front Communication fault
  • SRS-E003 Configuration fault Faulty configuration
  • REM-4A33 Fuel level sensor Signal too high/Signal missing
  • REM-4A37 Fuel level sensor Signal too high/Signal missing

Do I win a prize for the most fault codes at one time?

you probably win a prize for the longest time not visiting a volvo dealer, they would clear them at each service :-) these codes would probably have built up over a long period of time .
75% of those codes are insignificant caused by perhaps a low battery voltage at some point .

a few things which are clear :

you need a new alarm siren .

possibly a problem with the driver's seat side air bag .

you didnt mention the SRS light it should have been on , if not then together with the SRS 00D5 code means your instrument panel is in its early stages of failing .

Yep, the alarm siren I already knew about. All codes where reset 4 months ago. The dim has failed, so your right there!
