I think it's better than it looks. Well worth saving and I hope somebody does!

Hi Guys,
I'm hoping to go have a look at the car this week hopefully but am quite under the weather with flu at the moment. I don't want another car and I don't want to see it broken for parts so is any one looking for a cheap project? I can sound out the owner and see if he will sell it and for how much for anyone interested. |

that looks like a nice project 2-door aswell so the type everyone hankers after nice color and the reggy plate looks smart to
i would give this a fighting chance if anyone with amazon love in there heart would go to see it im sure they would take it home and give it some TLC if it had been closer i would of rescued it myself but what with distance and lack of space it just aint on cards so come on folks lets not see another amazon bite the dust or get broken up addopt this fine car and give it a home !!!

I went to have a look at the old girl today and it isn't nice, my opinion she is beyond restoration. The guy wasn't about but spoke to a guy that knows him and I have his number, he says he's into old Volvos so maybe he'll have some good parts. Sadly but in my opinion the car is really only good for breaking now but it won't be me as I have too much stuff on myself. If anyone is interested PM me. It did have a nice old radio.

Robert just from a brief look, it would need: sills, floor, outriggers/chassis rails, inner wings, outer wings, rear arches inner and out, rear quarters, one door has a a decent dent, rust in doors, bonnet and boot, interior is pretty shot. Yeah sure it could be done but who's going to take it on realistically as you're talking £10k plus to put that car right?
