Gareth, that was part of the deal when I agreed to buy the car.

I still want that item and would advise not to sell it on. AND I did not forget it, you kept it!!!

It is not surprising it appeared "up for sale" so quickly.

Obviously, we were distracted because of the pouring rain and changing the wheels but any self-respecting person should be honest enough to honour their side of the deal.

The engine is still rattling like a ****house door. The money you paid for the work supposedly carried out was wasted. In other words I've paid an extra £300 for nothing.

Suggest you contact me ASAP before this goes legal.

like said in the emails txts and phone calls you was buying the car with that noise as you said you was putting a better engine into it so the tappets or what ever the noise is didnt bother you that was part of our deal and is posted all over this forum about the problem you read it and said thats ok and will still buy it just for the nice shell and decent engine work and engine mods done to it.

then the price you paid was £3300 without the bits as said like above as i wanted £3500 for it and you said no so i said ok no probs i will take the bits off for it to sell at the £3300 so if you paid the bloody extra £200 then it would have not been a problem and the parts on here are going to sold if you like it not as you didnt say anything about this yesterday when you was with the car for nearly 2 hours and liked it and paid me and drove off so you should have said something about it then and not leave it untill you got home
so the car was sold as seen and please do go legal as you havent got a leg to stand on as i got paperwork saying sold as seen if you want the parts then pay me the price i asked for i am not being nasty about this as we both agreed on the phone and when you got here to pay for it so i cant do much more than that can i thanks and kind regards me.

ps you got a bloody good deal as on monday i had the new cambelt kit/ new water pump kit/ new aux belt/ new coolant/ new oil / new oil filter/ new sump plug/ new dipstick seals/ all fitted and the paperwork is in the 5 folders of work i have done to it over the past 2 years.

and you paid and took it away on tuesday all happy as you looked all over the car and paperwork when you was in my house and you even heard the noise it was making and was happy to do the deal as i did not want to sell it but you kept on pushing and pushing me into it as i would have done the work myself and got it working again.

you got a bloody cheek to say these things as if you wasnt happy then why buy it off me you dont make sense mate im sorry but its now to late you should have said this yesterday before you drove off and done the deal.
