You don't mention the rotor brands. Cheaper are more sensitive to uneven wheel lug torque.

Also make sure you use a good silicone grease on the sliders, I would not try anything else than the Volvo one, from what I've read on forums and own experience, most aftermarket brands tend to get sticky after a few months https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n2IKibOdABk

If you've warped the discs through local heat application, then it probably won't get brand-new better, but it'll be fine and dandy; call it a feature, part of the charisma of your car and it'll be good for years.

Rear: pagid pads and shoes, rotors by eicher. All fitted 4-5 weeks ago.
Front pads changed a year ago (roughly) can't be sure of brand, but as they came from Eurocarparts.. Discs- I don't know. They came with car.

I'll get some good grease, and then keep eye on it. As for now its barely perceptible, I was only worried is it dangerous.

Many thanks for replies.

Wheel nuts are certainly possible, but I’d still guess at discs due to local heating....

(Maybe even rust behind the wheel? Worth a look I suppose)

Towing Birmingham! that would cook yer brakes!
If its subtle and you dont mind it, no rush to sort it, it might go away, it might get worse, if it gets worse you know what to do!
If yer pads were cheap jobs like eicher they may be generating a lot of heat/disc wear to acheive braking performance via the medium of cheap material...
