Nice to see lots of adjustment of top wishbone for camber and KPI.

Here are some suspension Camber Specs.. I have had this discussion elsewhere, and figure I would share it here also.. This information will be offered on the upcoming website, along with some video's.. I tried to make a youtube video using a Dial degree gauge, but it was very difficult to make clear. I will have some digital instrument videos soon. On another forum, there was discussion about the upper control arm mounting position appearing to be all wrong, and potentially causing a Positive Camber Gain during suspenion compression. It was a lengthy and continuos discussion based of the posters engineering ability to decifer angles and mounting position via computer monitor image, so that is the reason for the video. LOL

I have a miniaml gain of about .2 degree negative in the first half inch of suspension travel (from Ride Height), and about a .75 degree negative gain per inch of suspension travel after. It is a very steady arc, and runs through full suspension travel.

Just coming back on the site. I ALMOST bought one of your kits for my wagon/estate last summer, but it seemed such a shame as I had just finished it. I am sooo sorry your products did not come out sooner, as really, this car's suspension is pretty rough (lowered), steering difficult, cornering etc.... No complaints about the brakes.

All and all, I think it would be over-kill for my use, which is why I didn't buy. I'm not sure what other options are out there, but really, driving the Volvo is a bit of a chore, although it is absolutely gorgeous.

Good to see you aren't slacking-off out there - I still might come a-knockin'.

Did you get your initial order of 20+ out yet?

All the best,

James

Thanks for the Kind Words James... I got most of the Discount first order out, and really appreciated the early order customers patience and understanding. There was a 500 dollar discount for these first order kits, so I hope that was adequate for their patience. I have been working on all the suppliment product lines also, because alot of customers that ordered the front end kits, are wanting the rest of the product lines for their builds.. I am personally assembling all the units at this time, and trying to find someone to train for assembly, that way things will go much faster.. I really had no idea the interest would be as high as it is, and to be honest, got caught with my pants down on the logistics.. All of my other product lines, and most of the lines of Volvo Products in the Swedish Ops Catalog, are manufactured and assembled by other companies, who ships them out direct to the customer. The Front End kits are all done in house, along with all the shipping logistics, and I am learning why these companies have a professional shipping and recieving workforce. I am really about got it all settled out now, and things should start running smoothly very shortly.

We have the Rear End kits done, along with the rear coil over conversion kits.. We have the BeCool Aluminum Radiators done, and The Adjustable Aluminum Rear Trailing Arms done also. The next things that should be wrapping up shortly is the Stainless Steel Performance Fuel Tanks, Updated Electronic Direct fit guages, The LS V8 Firewall kit, The Vintage Air Kit, The Flush Mount Glass System, The One Piece Door Glass Kit, The Custom Wheel Line, The Updated and less bulky LED Tail Light and Parklamp Kits, etc, etc..

I have been a very busy person, and have even had to put other earlier business ventures off to get all this done. I have been lucky enough to partner up with some great companies, so that has taken just a bit of slack off of me. The Swedish Ops (Special Builds Division) restoration shop is shaping up, and we will soon have a really cool retro-fit and full restoration shop that will be taking on customer builds.. We currently have 2 customer builds going on at this time, along with my personal shop builds, so we can a nice and efficient process down.

That is about all I have going on right now, and am doing my best to get a process in place, and the right people and resources involved. I am looking forward to our build cars exposure, along with our customers cars results, so we can really show the capability of the cars and products..

The website is still in the works.. I am waiting on the final pricing for our other products, so I can get my guy working on the catalog and shopping cart part of the website. There will be alot of photo's and details coming up on all of our products, just waiting from some of the Swedish Ops partner company's to finish up their details..
