Sorry no, we are not in the sort of neighbourhood where cars sitting in the front drive with out wheels would be very well received.
Whole car has to go in one hit.

She has sold now, I got a "Buy it Now", so just waiting for the buyer to get back to me. I hope they are going to repair her...

I hope so to, a celebration model is always a shame to break... I hope it gets a good home!

Quote:
I advertised it, with a full list of all the bad points, and made sure to say that it would need to be trailered away, I even repeated it at the end in bright red letters. A person did a Buy it now, then rang me asking if I would deliver it as he had contacted a company to pick it up but they wanted £90 and he was not prepared to pay that!!!! Since then I have heard nothing... £32.99 it cost to sell it, and now I have to re-advertise it... Why do people mess around like that??

Did you manage to sell the 480 in the end?

Open up a case with ebay, they will cover some of the fees.

Thanks for the responses, I discovered how to get my final valuation fee back, and then re listed it. As it sold, Ebay refunded the basic listing fee as well, so I only lost out on the "Buy it now" fee, and the extra pictures fee.
It has sold, only £155 this time, but it is going to a guy who already has a Celebration in the same colour, which he says is immaculate, and once he see's it, he will decide if he will fix or use for spares. Only down side is, I have to deliver it to Reading the week after next, as he is on holiday next week. The joker who originally bought it, after 3 weeks of no contact, suddenly rang me up yesterday and said he wanted to pick it up the same day. I told him I had re-sold it. I know I should not, but I hope he paid the pick up people, and can't get is money back.... I did discover that with Ebay, as he did not pay, and I opened a dispute, I can not now leave him feedback, so other people will not know what a time waster he is..

O well mate, you can only leave positive feedback for a buyer anyway! Glad to hear you've got a genuine sounding buyer, hope he saves it!
