There are no free lunches on incandescent filament bulbs. If they are super bright they don't last long and if they are capable of lasting long, they are dim. Maybe they've improved things since my foray into super bright bulbs but they only have three things to vary: the gas filling, the filament thickness and the metallurgy of the filament. No one has managed to produce a super bulb in over 100 years and now that we have HID and LED, I don't suppose they will spend too much on trying.

I've long been using Osram Nightbreaker - which I think are good but as has been said on cars where the headlamps are also the DRL's, the shorter life can be annoying.
But more recently I've been using PIAA Hyper Arros and I think they are slightly better, and so far have yet to have a failure. Got the H4 version in my Ford Ranger and H7 version in the wife's Golf and my C70. https://www.powerbulbs.com/product/piaa-hyper-arros-h7

I was planning to get Osram Nightbreakers, but no where local had them in stock. I needed to fit the blown dipped bulb before the MOT, so I had no option but to physically pick a bulb up. Ordering online would have took too long by the time it was delivered. Typical that the bulb blew just before the MOT, but oh well!
I remember the name of the bulbs I fitted. They're called Neolux... very good light output for a halogen.
