Gary, how long have you owned that s40???
Had a quick look at the photos in your profile and looks quite clean and tidy, my v40 estate seems to be the same colour code as yours but with some rust to the mixture(ffs)

I agree, so keep your eyes peeled for some Arcadia's cos im top of the list when the next set pop up.
Just got my 52 plate V40 1.9d Sport for a song, only needed the rumbling alternator changing and its spot on. Superb colour and once I get the chrome handles it'll be Lux standard

Thanks mate.

Owned it for about three years now.

Absolutely rust free paintwork, I am happy to say.

Done a lot of upgrades to it, along the way - latest purchases are a set of 17" Arcadias, that I had refurbished a couple of weeks ago (still not seen them yet!) and just received an electrically powered leather driver's seat, for installation when I get home, next week.

Mine is Cherry Red Metallic (also known as Botticelli Red), code 353.

I think it is the best colour for the X40's, of course!

Gary

For what i saw it seems a mint example, im living in brechin atm so not far from montrose.
My car has 16" crater bbs alloys and for some reason electric sunroof??? Ive seen a few v40's but none of them with sunroof so not sure how random that is.

Why are arcadias so popular??(insert blonde related joke here) i thought 17's werent that great for handling and potholes
