for other members there is no hidden agenda in what i am doing the sole purpose is so that members can DECIDE for themselves with the information in front of them which MAP they would like to chose if they want to go down that option.

I had a very interesting chat with the guys from Shark at the National on Sunday. I have a load of issues to fix first (weak clutch, popped IC, dicky injectors), but I will be looking into remaps is more detail once all that is sorted out.

Do MTE and Shark remaps void the warranty? Will they offer to cover anything Volvo refuses to because of the remap?
How do their remaps compare to Polestar's ?

Oh I had my C320 CDi remapped by Angelmin the group deal. Can't say I noticed a massive difference. But I did have my inlet port motor fail twice afterwards. Once before. Don't know if the remap was to blame.

Also front crankshaft bearing went. Again a Merc weakness so not sure if caused by remap or not.
