Yes, very nice indeed. Details about the wheels please.

Hugh, the wheels are mangells estrella. When I got them they were peeling chrome and from a scrapped P1800. They are 14 inch wheels 6J. I got them cheap, blasted them and as you can see matt black and chrome rings to finish. Have never found centre caps though I did try. I put taller tyres on to get the rolling radius correct and it gives a slightly balloon effect which I quite like. I am planning to fit volvo style 5.5 J rims and hubcaps when the opportunity arises. Can't run to a set of rims from Simon plus the rubber yet.

Thanks Julian. They look well I must say, nice combination. I agree you need plenty of rubber under a vintage car, it dosent look right otherwise. I too would like a set of 5.5's, someday!

Here's my old critter, a barn find, sat from 83 until 2012. Got a fresh B18, new bushies, IPD bars and some springs. Getting an M41 this week and a fresh SS header and exhaust by the time of the IPD garage sale.
Body gets refreshed next winter

Congrats on the barn find! I spent 20 years in Portland before moving south to Cali.

The car looks great, now you've made me want to get springs.

Not quite on the road but I got a surprise when I pulled up in my Amazon only to find another one in the car park.
