Maybe that is a bit clearer? Quite a few pics of the gear lever one way or another. I find it more bizarre that the front door cards are from a car with "keep-fit" windows instead of electric but it has 4 electric windows.......

It would appear that Euro-spec GLTs aren't as well-appointed as UK-spec ones - manually adjustable mirrors, wind-it yourself rear windows, velour upholstery (though velour was a delete-option) and only 122BHP; a B23E had 140BHP and a B230E 133 so they're down on ponies as well as toys.
There's no photo of the driver's door handle to confirm the presence of electric window switches either.
