Phase 1 bulbs are different than phase 2, and more than likely easier to obtain.

Up to date price. Just got a quote off Park Volvo in Orpington Kent for these bulbs:

30618412 £7.92
30618290 £3.48

both include VAT. - just info for those that don't want to wait for mail order. They weren't in stock but they said they'd have them in the same day.

Changed all 6 bulbs this morning. Very good instructions - took about 1/2 hour. Light has been restored!

(Note - £8 each for those tiny bulbs! Volvo you robbers)

Bump for this thread - anyone done this on a Phase 1 ? ( Mines a 2000 W reg with the older style heater control panel

Part of my heater control panel is in darkness and the other bulbs are quite dim - also the light switch panel is also not illuminated

does the heater controls come apart in the same way ?

I have a load of the standard small 12v push-in dash illumination bulbs - it would be bloomin lovely if they fit rather than having to order expensive ones

These http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/1908152868...84.m1497.l2649 appear to be the correct fitment for Phase 1 Lights switch ( only 1 required it seems )

and just ordered these http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/2009071519...84.m1497.l2649 for the Phase 1 heater control panel - T5 fitment again in blue would seem to be correct.

Only £6 delivered for the lot - I will report back when fitted - if they dont work I can stomach a £6 loss but can't see why they wouldnt if they fitting is right
