Thought it looked inlet manifold shaped but wasn't 100% sure. Will be interesting to hear what kind of improvements you get from it.

You cant be doing that Chris as this would make the modern day Ford T5 as powerful as the 20 year old Volvo T5..

The manifold arrived today !!!

looks a nice bit of kit, certainly solid i hope to get it in this week sometime so will let you know how it goes.
looks like a very easy job even more so given that i dont have the air box etc in the way.

anyone with any tips chip in now !

so the T5 is now on 22500 miles and the service due thing has started popping up on the dash, what all needs doing at this service anything big???

well interim service and intercooler!!!

i am hoping to get down very soon once Ben gets me a price for the intercooler work etc!

So I decided to take a break from sorting boxes after moving house and had a crack at the manifold today.

Apart from the very awkward to reach bolts on the underside of the manifold it was a very simple change.

There was a small moment of panic when it looked like it was going to foul on the box for the induction kit but a little bit of tugging and it was all good!!

Looks good! Are you gonna get a before and after dyno done with the new inlet ?

I'm on my way back down to Shark soon for the intercooler so will get a map and tune up etc while i am there, not sure what i expect to get but must be on the 300 ish target?
