Default towing bar upgrade

Hi

I currently have a xc70 with a volvo tow bar on it , but it only has single electrics on it. Is it a big job to upgrade it to twin electrics so it will power the fridge etc??

Thanks

Not to bad a job if you are confident/competent enough to do the wiring if you get hold of a "Smart Com" split charger relay you will only need one live feed from the battery to the relay then one good earth & then the wiring from the 12S socket connects directly to the "Smart Com" relay longest part of the job will be threading the feed from the battery to the rear of the car

"Smart Com" relay available from here
