Default Yet another "Anti-skid service required" warning

I have had another Anti-skid system service required message.
For a while I have had a message come on shortly after there was a light jolt / judder going through the car usually after the car has warmed up or when cornering at low speed and fairly full lock is used. In this situation the car feels like an old off roader with fully locked differentials on tarmac and lots of vibration. The whole drivetrain feels like it completely stiffens up and soon after there is a "release" and I get a message.
The car is out of warranty and Volvo has changed a wiring harness from the DEM / AOC, the pressure / temp sensor on the AOC is new and after Volvo "threatened" with a £1500 exchange of the DEM module I had it checked at BBA-reman who reported no faults.

Has anyone come across this full lock vibration in AWDs yet?
