V50 Clutch

Hi, Can someone tell me how do i know which type of clutch i have in my January 2005 registered 2.0 se diesel DA43 OGV? I have phoned a couple of garages who have given 2 prices. One price for a normal clutch with slave cylinder and the other one for the same clutch but with a dual mass flywheel. They have both told me that the flywheel may not need replacing as it depends what type it is? The price difference is about £300? Any ideas anyone? I am in Manchester and dont mind travelling to someone who can do a good job at a reasonable cost. Cheers Eric
