Torslanda for sale

Torslanda for sale #300 or try an offer. Have now managed to get my other 240 through its MOT so this one surplus to requirement. Mot December 22 2010. Tax till end of November. K reg, 154k miles, is pictured on the thread 'I've just acquired my first Torslanda'. Will post further pics and more details later.

Now considering sending it for scrap. But it's too good for that. Its fate will be sealed in the next two weeks. At this stage not sure what to ask. If anyone's interested and somewhere near Worthing 01903 205354.

Usual 2 litre, colour is silver,blue seats, manual, dog guard, no towbar. Attention to nearside front headlight will be needed for MOT. I haven't put it in for one, so it's not an MOT failure as such but I'm offering no guarantees. I've driven in and out of work for the last six months without problem. I'll consider all offers as I can't hang on to it for much longer. Tax runs out in three weeks. Must be one of the last to be made (K reg). Usual Torslanda zebra stripes. Will try to find my earlier thread with pic.

If you put 'I've just acquired my first Torslanda' into search, it'll come up under 240 general. Please note,* I'm not selling any spares*. I have nowhere to keep it and it will have to go complete. I'm told the market for second hand cars is pretty weak at the moment, so am prepared to take quite a loss on this one. It's got half a tank of petrol at present, that must be worth something on its own, ditto dog guard, ditto complete exhaust system replaced about two years ago by previous owner.

Wilmot,

If it's a genuine fold up 240 volvo dog guard on there with all the fittings i'll buy the dog guard if you are breaking it, how much would you want for it?
