Default I tricked the PNP switch!

We all understand if the switch is faulty if the automatic transmission remains in W even if selected on S.
To ignore mode W... I did the following:
automatic transmission is positioned at P, and as the engine starts to move very quickly on L and give a slight shot of gas.
To change the spell is on E (although there is a flashing yellow arrow and the console) ... try it!

Hi,

The "W" switch is independent of either the "E" or "S" buttons.
That is the "E" and "S" switch between each other. The "W" is either on or off, no matter which of "E" or "S" is selected.

it is true.
In fact, if I select S (Sport) IT WORKS! (The engine arrives at 60000rpm and then shifting gears), although the LEDs flash alternately

Be very careful, you could burn the auto box out or damage it. Have you tried disconnecting the battery for 10 mins to see if the ECU will reset itself. Do not forget you will need the radio code and a working alarm fob. DO NOT reconnect the battery with the keys inside the car, as the doors can lock as the power is restored.

fra2,When accelerating hard to "60,000rpm and then shifting gears",take a look in the rear view mirror for parts of the auto box in the road, sorry couldn't resist it.

Once the PNP switch starts to fail, it will not get better over time. Only takes about 1-2 hours to replace it.

I think it was only intermittent contacts.
under the car was very dirty salt. I cleaned it all and gave trattamennto antioxidant with CRC treated and electrical parts with WD40, especially on the switch PNP. Having moved many times the automatic transmission shifter, up and down 'the problem was gone. and then as suggested by treehorndogsbody I did the reset and also the flashing arrow is gone.

It 'was all about you!
Here in Italy we do not have experience with the automatic transmission as you ...
