I need some advice about fitting an air fuel ratio gauge to my 96 940 2.3 turbo estate. It has a B230FT lump with a newly fitted manual boost controller running 12psi. I'm wanting to keep a close eye on the air fuel ratio and the general health of the engine. Im contemplating a few more performance mods in the future so it would be a useful addition. From doing a bit of research i understand that narrow band lambda sensors aren't much good with the gauge, do any of you guy's know if my motor has a narrow or

Best to fit a wideband and separate sensor for your gauge and leave the current sensor for the engine management system. Des. . . ![]()

All gauges need some kind of signal, so can disturb the system they are monitoring.
