I have no idea. Never even occured to me that they were worth a penny. I figured you would sell the physical plate, and fill in some form from the DVLA or something, like you do when you change the colour of your car.

Plates can not be sold without a vehicle attached!
The vehicle has to be M.o.T`d.
You may be breaking the law otherwise.
