Default Engine Mounts??

hey, ive had trouble with my c70 auto cabrio since i got it about 4 months ago, it seems when warm the gearchange up and down is jerky, alot more noticeable when going from reverse to a forward gear, or vice versa. so ive replaced the top rear engine mount which was completely shot and just pushed out for a poly one and had the gearbox fluid changed by a local volvo specialist. Still it continues, i have noticed you can see the engine jerking backwards and forwards when parked up and changing from reverse to forward. I'm thinking this movement is due toa worn engine mount underneath somewhere but after a quick look i cant see where they are? anyone help?? or have any suggestions what the problem could be? In my opinion if the engine is moving this much the mounts can't be doing there job?
