Hi, Is there anyway in telling which parking sensor could be at fault? when i engage reverse gear there is just a loud warning coming from the sensors as though very close to something but are not! was thinking maybe one of the sensors in rear bumper is faulty, but which one? cheers Dave

It might be one of the sensors, parking module or a wire connecting the sensors. Sometimes disconnecting the battery and resetting the software of the car might help. I don't remember how to do it but you can find it on one of the forums.
First have a look at parking module box. It's in the boot. Maybe one of the connectors is disconnected. I'm not sure but maybe reading error codes might give you the answer what is going on.
The next step would be taking of the bumper and disconnecting sensors. Disconnect one sensor, engage the reverse and see if warning sound disappears. Do that with all 4 sensors. If the noise is gone after disconnecting one of the sensors then it will be that sensor if not either wire and what is more probable the parking module is broken.

Good luck
