Default DRL screw on headlight switch??

I am slightly confused here. I am trying to turn the daytime running light off on my 850. It is a 95' car with the little screw on the headlamp switch. I have tried adjusting it but I only seem to have the following settings:

Dipped beam on lower than it is on headlamps and no sidelights (or parking lights as the manual says)

or

Dipped beam on lower than it is on headlamps and sidelights

There is no other option despite the switch having 3 settings, dont mind having the sidelights on all the time but didnt really want the dim-dip on all the time, is this an option and what am i doing wrong.

ta Steve

You are adjusting the beam for when you are towing, if you go back to the switch, there is a small screw head requiring a small terminal driver, turn it 90 degrees and drl's on and off. This is from memory as I haven't had an 850 for some years, enjoy.
