boosting prob still

under hard load my big r/foot lol the car pulls then ease off then pulls again all the time im accelerateing iv changed the boost controll valve second hand one but still doing it and it seams to be getting worse over the last few mounths it a x plod 2.3 t5 that had a gas kit on it but has been removed and pluged do u think the inlet could be leaking or the inter cooler what more likely and can i get a inter cooler tested and ware do inter coolers for them

Check all your hoses, especially the elbow behind the PAS resevoir...
