Headlight wipers

This is really annoying, but the local ARC carwash ate one of my headlight wipers.
Anyone got a spare?

Its an MY04 S60 btw

I've also just lost a front wiper blade including the metal insert - the thing that attaches the washer tube and holds the blade and goes into the pressed metal arm.

I'd appreciate knowing where I can get (reasonable!) replacement.
