Phase III V70R AWD Exhaust
Hi,
My 1999 V70R AWD has twin exhausts. However, the n/s pipe seems to be blanked off. Is this true, and if so, can I get a new system that uses both pipes and makes a sportier sound? Cheers.

im guessing you mean you have two silencers and one tail pipe if so i belive that the twin tail pipe rear boxes are a direct fit other modding the bumper,
i allready have twin pipes and i got a price from my local volvo dealer for a replacment of £183+vat for the rear boxes and £20 ish +vat for the tail pipes |

No, I have two tail pipes, one on either side, so no modding to the bumper needed. It's just that the standard system sounds a bit muted and, as I said, the n/s pipe seems to be blanked off anyway.

AWD twin exit exhausts.
Indeed I used to keep the Ferrita twin exit fully stainless sports exhaust in stock, however demand has been minimal of late and I have exhausted my stock. If you have an AWD vehicle with original single outlet on the off side you can just replace the blanking piece on the nearside with a finishing trim from the other side.
I can get them to special order...arround £420 including VAT. They fit from after the small box after the cat. Regards, Don.

Even the after market systems are expensive for the AWD.
The last stainless one I had made complete from the turbo back in 3" with twin rear boxes and twin exit cost £650. The front ppe was a big part of the cost because it was quite complicated to make. |
