V70 boost pressures
Have a V70 AWD, any ideas what boost they run in standard order? Any options to change dump for higher or ????

About 6.5-7psi if I remember correctly? Cheap option to increase boost pressure would be a bleed valve & maybe a boost guage to keep an eye on things - have a look at www.kalmar-union.com perhaps.
But don't go crazy with it because you do not have much of a safety envelope before the stock ECU starts getting confused - best bet really will be an ECU upgrade & cat-back exhaust. This will cost you the best part of £1000 but is the proper way to do it really - you will be looking at sub 7 sec 0-60 times :) Have a look at www.tme.com they used to have a fair bit of info on the LPT models. |

If you have a look on my website www.kalmar-union.com you will find quite a bit of stuff for your particular car....
