I feel my 740 turbo is a little sluggish. I looked at the spark plugs and one is white build up when I pulled off the lead. what is this telling me?

White colour usually means that the mixture is too lean.

Is this hapenning only on one spark plug?

I will check but 1 was good and 4 was white.
