Buying a Volvo S80 2.4 SE

Hi all..
I'm intending to buy a Volvo S80 2.4 SE and i have been looking around. Whats the word on buying one which has more than 100K on the clock for between £4000 - £6000.what are the things to look for.Any advice..anyone?

I have one for sale at the moment. It is a W reg 2.4 s manual met burgundy, 138k with FVSH, Towbar, mot till May 05, 5mths tax,aircon etc £4750 ono.
