T5 Clutch
Having decided against selling my T5, I've started using it again after a spell in my XJ6. Since I've not had to use my left leg much I realised the clutch is quite stiff in the T5, is this normal? There's no slipping and the gears select fine. Could it be a replacement cable that is required or are the bearings worn?
It's one of the things to sort before I allow the Volvo tuning chaps loose on the ECU! Doh! Wrong section...meant to be in with the 850's.

RE: T5 Clutch
There is a possibility that it might be the clutch slave cylinder. When they leak, the clutch loses a little springyness, and in cold whether it feels much stiffer. Check to see if it's leaking. Other symptoms of this may be brake fluid level dropping more frequently than usual.
