340
Hi mate.
If you are looking for a 340, for your first car,you would be better off with a 1.4 late model.these can be found on the mianland for cheap money. Thay are easey to insure and easy to tax. The 360 has a 2000cc engine, and would cripple you on insuance. Cheers Mark. |

hi - if you are still looking, I have a 5 door 340 GL first registered in 1985, 38k on the clock, metallic silver, some slight body damage, no significant rust, new battery last month, MOT until April will accept £250 if going to a good home.

spotted 1 in chatham - took some Pics but didn't come out to well (been spannering on T5 and have checked and have a nice oily figerprint on camera lens )
however I'll stick it in the for sale, cos lady asked if I knew of anyone who may be interested its gold, saloon, interior looked clean, sills had all prev been repaired in corners, and not sealed very well, looks like slight leak somewhere on Diff (nothing obvious on concrete, but a bit oily around diff) and coolant leak from thermostat housing, engine started fine (pulled out choke, turned key and fired straight into life) - seemed ok (no nasty knocks or rattles) - but lots of muck down side of engine from where thermostat housing is leaking. If not sold it going for scrap at end of month (apparently 2 owners from new - and complete service history) |
