This is not much more difficiult to do but, it will require some large stillsons to undo the joint and reasonable access. Much easier on a lift, retracking will be required. They're around £60 each. |

Track Rods
Hi, guys,
from the sound of it its the outer track rod ends. I am now a assistant mannager in a garage, and you wont believe the amount of outer track rod ends that i have seen failing. I have already replaced the steering rack and both reack rod ends on my V70 and tracked it. To be honest tracking is £21.50 Track rods about £15.00 each and about £32.50 labour so you would be looking around £84 in total for the full job done. Well that would be my rates anyway. Regards stuart
