Changing Glove Box Lock
Have just received a new glove box for my GLT - thanks again Ian. Does anyone know how to exchange the lock barrel from old one to new?

Okay, it was easier than I thought, twist the metal ring and it just drops out.
Now of course I need to find the key. |

The ignition key is too large for the glove box lock, and the only other key is for petrol cap, and that is a locking cap that I have switched from car to car because I have 3 sets of keys to it.
Can you get replacement keys without having the original? |
