Default AC cycling S40 2012

Greetings from Sweden!
Long story short, I'm trying to help my mother out with her S40 D2 2012 model.
When idling the AC-compressor works like normal for about a minute och two, then it starts to cycle. Turns on and off every 5 seconds. The cold air then starts to deminish.
Today I checked the preasure och the low-side, aprox. 18C temp outside, when the compressor ran it was about 35-40psi.
And the static preasure was about 65psi.
She had the system refilled 2 years ago because it was just a little bit low.

My thoughts are going towards the low or high side preasure switches, but im very unsure.
Can you check the function of those with VIDA, anyone know?

Also I noticed the fan isn't running at all, when idling and AC on full blast. Isn't it supposed to?

Anyone else has any thoughts or input?

Thanks in advance!

firstly the pressure does not indicate the weight of liquid gas in the system... secondly it is highly likely the condenser in front the radiator is leaking, they do corrode through.
