After 900 miles my new car advised me that my propulsion system need and services and the car was over heating but prior to this i was having issues with the camera showing previous activations on the screen when i went to use my car the next day. i have taken various photos of this issues re occurring but it has been booked in at Paul Rigby Volvo for 4 days now and they can not replicate this fault and Volvo customer services are saying that they can not fix it under warranty unto the dealership confirms that there is a fault. They both have about 7 pictures of different days and times but of course they do not believe me and on one occasion the camera cut out whilst i was reversing into a tight space for some reason. They have given me a hire car X90 23 plate and guess what i have had no issues with the camera and they would not even take that into consideration.
I have logged a customer complaint with Volvo however the customer support team they will not let me speak to the complaints team or escalate the issue to a line manager or the Volvo UK director. This is my first venture in to Volvo and my experience has not been the best after spending 80K on a car and the manufacture and dealership are no support. The list of issues are .3x wheel trims can be pulled out and not secure . Rear spoiler very flexible in the middle not the like the others at the dealership .Propulsion system needed a service and over heating .Car scratched after first visit to fix some issues .Camera issues Can anyone help or point me in the right direction |
