If your only issue is Bluetooth connectivity then it might be better to seek a solution to that which doesn't involve such drastic and impossible measures. I have a 2014 V70 that has the old Sensus system. My wife has a 2018 S60 with the old system, and had a 2015 V60 with the same system before that. And with all of these cars, Bluetooth has always worked perfectly. So, what type of mobile phone are you using, what are the symptoms that you're experiencing, and under what circumstances do they occur? Also, have you been able to try Bluetooth in your XC60 with a different phone?
