Question s60 T4 transmission issues
Hi Good day,

I do hope I am in the right forum. I own a Volvo s60 T4, 2012 model I bought it last year, shipped it to St. Vincent and the Grenadines and within 5 months I began having transmission issues. Took it to a mechanic who unfortunately had it for an entire year. Couldn't fix the problem and further damaged the transmission. He ordered a new one but turns out it was the wrong one and had to ship it back. Looking to buy a transmission for this car. Anyone can help??

Ok…. First of all, what transmission? Manual or Auto? What’s the problem? More info needed

It is likely the Ford Powershift auto.

There are pretty well documented issues with them now.

Might be worth contacting this company, they might know a supplier who could fix you up. They’re quite knowledgeable when it comes to Volvo transmissions.
