Default B18a carb option

i want to change my Zenith 36vn on my PV AS IT APPEARS TO BE WORN.

I can get new Zenith from Brookhouse for under £300 also new SU kit from Burlen for similar.

Any thought please on pros/cons of either option?

Thank you

I'd go for a single Stromberg 175 cd2s. It was used on B18A engines, lovely simple carb that will give a good mixture of performance, fuel economy and reliability. Always buy your Stromberg or SU carb parts direct from Burlen.

Best to keep this going on your original thread to avoid confusion and further duplication.
