I made a thread about a similar subject a little while ago. You can read it here.

If you want a direct replacement, there are really no options. There is a Weber ICH model with the same footprint, but you will most likely need to rejet it to work properly. Some modifications are needed too, probably.

Since you have a B18, you have more options than what I have with my B16 engine. Other kits are available with appropriate inlet manifolds and linkages. For instance a kit like this.

Rebuilding the Zenith is an option too, but it is difficult to find someone that will touch it. SU carburetors is the preferred brand among rebuilders. My carburetor went through several people before someone competent enough managed to rebuild it. Had to ship mine to VP Autoparts in Sweden. My impression is that they outsource the job to a trusted rebuilder.

Read through the info on Sam's link. Although still not cheap due to the parts that need to be replaced, a good conversion is to the single Stromberg fitted to the last couple of years of the B18A (also B20A). Conversion needs the carb along with the single carb inlet/exhaust manifold. This manifold has the twin outlets so you will also need at least the front section of the exhaust system. You can of course go to a Simons/Jetex system. Air filter is best kept to the correct Volvo one for the Stromberg. Everything will look original and you will gain between 5-7bhp even with the A cam. This combination runs very sweetly and very suitable for everyday motoring. With an overdrive it is even better. As many people switch to twin carbs this set up is not too hard to find.

Hi, I have a '66 121 B18A engine which had the Zenith carb. I replaced it with a Weber 34 kit from Skandix Germany. It's a direcct fit and accepts the standard aircleaner so looks correct under the bonnet. Not a bad price either. I've now done 10,000 miles with no problem. It's also E10 compliant.

I should have had a look at that yesterday at Cranleigh. Good to meet you. Derek with the dark blue Estate.
