Default Converting PV544 brakes to disk

As the title says, how difficult to convert the drum to disk? What is required?
Alternatively fit a brake booster to existing brake set up?
My old legs are not as strong as they used to be.

Nordicar do a conversion for about £1000 with new parts.
Servos don't work well with drum brakes that are already self-servo. Very grabby. You know how PV brakes tend to pull to one side unless everything is perfect.
People have tried to find out about the Kevlar shoes that Ed China put in the Wheeler Dealer PV544 but have had no luck. A thread on a Land Rover forum talked about it and gave a link to a brake relining firm with a view to using Kevlar but was advised not to mostly due to the cost. They (Michael) said the could do 4 shoes for about £80 (in 2017) for the Landy that would give similar results. This company and they maybe worth an email.

A recent thread I've seen mentions organic shoes from Mike Dudek at iRoll motors USA but I don't know what they are like. Soft material gives easier braking at the cost of extra dust. With no asbestos materials are more of a compromise.

If you can source parts from a Amazon being broken as I did it need not cost as much. You need disc/hub assembly and callipers + mounting brackets from early single circuit disc braked Amazon. Calliper mounting plates need re drilling to suit 544 and brake pipe routing is fiddly. There is loads of stuff on internet regarding this conversation. I have no servo at the moment but intend to fit a 1.9 ratio kit in due course. I bought new callipers from Brookhouse in UK and new discs only from Germany. These were mounted on the hubs and machined to correct thickness. Quite involved but achievable if you have access to a machine shop.
