V60 D5 Hot Start issue

Hi All,

I have an annoying issue where my 2011 D5 often cranks but doesn't start once it's warmed up, i need to take the key out and then back to position II a few times (i can hear the tank fuel pump) once i've done this it usually kicks over....hasnt left me stranded...yet!

I know it would seem by the fact once the fuel pump has been primed it's a fuel pressure issue, the fuel filter was replaced last month so not that...

Before I start spending ££££ does anyone have any possible obvious causes I can check?
