Glow plugs

Hi all quick question,car has not been starting as well as it used to but eventually does fire up. Battery is fine but suspect glow plugs maybe the issue. I would like to test the resistance of them before I purchase some. Do the connection caps just pull off as mine seem well on there
. It's on 134000 and I believe they are original. V70d5 geartronic 07

On our 2007/MY 2008 they just pulled off.
