Default Central locking intermittent fault

Hi,

My 2015 xc60 5 cyl diesel . Using either remote , it intermittently locks all doors except drivers and does not fold mirrors in either. I can try many times with the same result. If I unlock and open the boot it then works fine. It has happened for a few months, a couple of times a week.
If anyone has any educated ideas as to why this happens I would be very grateful for your input.

Many thanks.

Possibly a weak 12V?

Things like that can do mad stuff.

I have a problem on my drivers door lock at the moment, also XC60 MY16. I have to admit that I've not checked if things change when using the rear hatch lock.
The car is going in to be checked in a couple of days time. I can lock the car using the remote with the exception of the driver's door, the knob doesn't go all the way down and I have to use the key to get it to retract all the way down. It goes without saying the key has to be used to open the door but the fob also has to be used to ensure the alarm is off!

The symptoms I am experiencing are as at the start on this clip.

Update.... it appears I had two issues with mine. The battery wasn't meeting the standard, (its not done bad after 7 years), plus the central locking motor on the drivers door had failed, fault code CEM-B110877, (if that means anything to anyone). All now sorted. Plus the stop start has started to work again, so I will have to once again switch it off!
