Default fixing leather seats

Advice please guys
I have just cleaned and conditioned my xc90 seats but the passages side seat base has went rough not really bad but the rest of the seats are shiny any ideas or advice on how to fix.
not a big issue but it looks slightly different from the rest of the seats

define "rough"
what did you use to clean the seats ?
How did you clean them ?

leather should Not be shiny when cleaned properly

and if you used a "leather cleaning brush" aka scrubbing brush,, prey you didnt Scrub the leather with any force on the brush,, if you did, chances are you have taken the top sealing layer off which WIll need to be reapplied/refinished,

I think what he's trying to say is the bolster was so rough when he cleaned it it started to flake and has left no sheen in it's place resulting in a seat looking like it has dog skin type alopecia on one edge,

It can be saved but not with polish, it will now need stabilising and levelling before filling and re-staining and as Andy said sealing, you can do it yourself but if you want it to look blended properly a pro is your best option, there are some quite superb video's on the Tube showing the process but it involved spray guns, seat removal etc.
