Exclamation XC60 2011 2.0T Powershift (4204T6) misfire

Hi,

My XC60 2011 2.0T was running well with 389,426km !!

Few days ago started misfiring while driving and engine light flashing. Went home and replaced the spark plugs (found the old plugs were a bit “worn”). Misfire remained.
Established that cylinder 1 is the issue (no change in idling when disconnecting the coil-pack).
Swapped cylinder 1 coil-pack with one of the other cylinders. Established that coil-pack for cylinder 1 is fine because it is working on the other cylinders, but still cylinder 1 is not firing.

(Also got an OBDii module to read codes and showed “P300” and “…misfire on cylinder 1...”)

Went for test-drive and found that just over 3000rpm feels like the engine is running “smooth” and also engine light stops flashing but when idling (and below this rpm), it is misfiring.

So,
1. This is probably then an injector or a cylinder valve problem ??
2. Before removing the injectors, any other suggestions?.
3. If I have to check the injectors, any advice/step-guide on removing the intake manifold and injector rail ??

Any help or advice would be much appreciated!
Iggie
