Default help please

I have a 2008 s40 t5. My daughter was driving and one of the axles broke at the mid joint on the passenger side. I replaced both axles, control arms, inner and outer tie rods, and sway bar links. Now when she drives there is a loud thumping noise that can only be heard inside the car. I checked the tires and even rotated them and the noise is still there. Now i have the car on jack stands and when i turn it on and its in park and i press the gas pedal there is no noise. but when i put it in drive the noise is there and it gets louder the faster the car goes. i need some help.
thanks
